Deposit:
Appointments for hair fitting require a non-refundable deposit to secure. The total of the deposit will be the full cost of the hair required for the appointment.
Appointments for maintenance or removal do not require a deposit.
Cancellations/No shows:
Consultation/Colour match, Maintenance and Removal appointments are preferred to be rearranged or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
Any bookings for fittings that are cancelled or missed will incur loss of deposit paid.
Returns:
Hair extensions fitting is a service and therefore no returns can be permitted. However, any problems that arise within the first 7 days from fitting will be rectified free of charge. Should any quality issues arise with the hair supplied, this will be investigated by the hair supplier by returning some of the hair for analysis. If the result is not due to poor aftercare/incorrect hair care products used, then a refund will be issued. If the client cannot provide any hair to be returned then no refund can be considered.
Any services required after the initial 7 days will be chargeable.
Any physical products sold for hair extension care are subject to a 14 day returns policy.
